Thank you for using JajanTracker. Your privacy is our priority. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when using the JajanTracker app.

  Email address and name you provide when registering. If you choose to upload a profile photo, we collect and store the image file you upload.

  Device model, operating system, language settings, and unique identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID).
• Activity Data
  Transaction records and how you use the app’s features.
• Message and Communication Data
  If you use JajanTracker's messaging features, we collect and store messages sent through the app. This may include:
  • Message content.
  • Sender and recipient information.
  • Date and time of message creation.
  • Related communication records required to provide messaging functionality.
  Messages are stored as part of the JajanTracker service history. Users cannot modify or delete messages after they have been sent.
• User Profile Information
  To support user interactions within the app, certain profile information may be displayed to other JajanTracker users when relevant to app features, including messaging. This may include:
  • Profile photo, if provided by the user.
  • Name associated with the user's account.
  • Role or account category assigned by JajanTracker to support app functionality.
• Advertising Data
  Information from Google AdMob to deliver relevant ads, including your engagement with them. For users under 13, we request that only non-personalized ads are shown to comply with child privacy laws. AdMob may also use publisher first-party identifiers (“Publisher First-Party IDs”) to help deliver more relevant and personalized ads, using privacy-safe technologies such as on-device processing.
• Location Data
  General location (e.g., country) inferred from IP address for compliance and ad targeting.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide a smooth and personalized app experience.
• Help you track spending by categorizing transactions.
• Provide messaging and communication features within JajanTracker.
• Deliver messages to intended recipients and maintain communication history.
• Display relevant user profile information when needed to support app interactions.
• Show relevant ads through Google AdMob. For users under 13, only non-personalized ads are requested to comply with child privacy laws.
• Use publisher first-party identifiers to improve ad relevance and analytics performance in line with Google’s privacy policies.
• Comply with regional legal and consent requirements.
• Improve features based on usage data.
• Display, update, or delete your profile photo based on your actions within the app settings.

3. AI-Generated Images

JajanTracker uses AI-generated images for certain visual elements, such as banners, personas, and educational illustrations. These images are entirely fictional and do not depict real individuals. No personal data is collected, used, or inferred during their creation or display.

4. Messages and Communication

JajanTracker may provide messaging features to allow communication between users and the service. Messages are treated as records of communication within the JajanTracker system. To provide this feature:

• Messages may be stored after being sent.
• Message recipients are determined when the message is created.
• Users cannot modify or delete messages that have already been sent.
• Message content is not used for advertising purposes.
• If a user's account or identity information is deleted, certain message history may remain available without being associated with personally identifiable information.

5. Consent and Preferences

We ask for your consent to use your data for personalized ads and analytics in compliance with laws in the U.S., EU/EEA, and other regions.

• For iOS, we use AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) to request permission before tracking (IDFA).
• You can opt out at any time in your device settings:
• iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
• You can also manage how publisher first-party identifiers are used by adjusting your AdMob or Google account ad settings.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with:

• Google AdMob
  To deliver relevant advertisements and measure ad performance. If publisher first-party IDs are enabled in your AdMob account, these identifiers may be shared with Authorized Buyers, Open Bidders, or SDK Bidders according to Google’s Publisher Policies. Learn more in Google’s Privacy & Terms.
• User Profile Information
  Certain profile information, such as your name, profile photo, and role or account category assigned by JajanTracker, may be displayed to other JajanTracker users when necessary to provide app features, including messaging and user interactions. This information is not shared with advertisers or external third parties.
• Authorities
  If required by law or necessary to protect our rights or users' rights.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Withdraw or change your consent via your device settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
• Delete your account via app settings or by contacting us directly.
• Change or remove your profile photo anytime through the app’s account settings.

When you delete your account, personal account information may be removed. However, certain communication records may remain as part of the service history and may no longer be associated with your identity.

8. Data Security

We implement strong security measures to protect your information. However, no system is entirely secure. Please safeguard your login credentials and account access information.

9. Children’s Privacy

JajanTracker is designed for general audiences and is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent, as required by law. If a user is under 13, we request that Google AdMob only serves non-personalized ads to comply with child privacy laws.
